I started getting treatment from Jayne 12 months ago. At the time, I was preparing for a training camp in lieu of the upcoming season. I had been dealing with a couple of ongoing injuries and despite receiving treatment through other means, things weren’t changing.

Since my initial assessment, Jayne was always very pro-active in her approach to finding solutions for my chronic pain. Within 4 months and after trialling a lot of different techniques my pain was all but gone. I learned more about what was going on with my body and where the causes of the discomfort were coming from, this enabled me to get through a very testing but successful season.

For someone who is new to the industry I would have no problem recommending Jayne to any of my friends or fellow athletes.

I came to Jayne when I'd suffered a torn quad and needed to recover fully and quickly to return to winter training as soon as possible ahead of a big summer of athletics. Right from the start Jayne demonstrated her understanding of the injury and how sports massage could play a major part in the recovery.


It wasn't just the massage sessions themselves that helped, but the knowledge Jayne shared of exercises that I could do myself to aid the recovery that added to the service she provided.


Over the course of the past 10 months Jayne has now gone on to help me with not only the original quad tear, but with lower back and heel injuries, and ultimately playing a huge part in my preparation for the World Transplant Games.
